Healthcare Patients CRUD
This hospital management web product allows its employees to manage patient data. Main functionalities are registration of new patients in the system and search for already registered ones.
The list of patients makes the administrator undo critical changes such as deleting a whole entry.
This healthcare management system allows to have one's data entered and saved in a single screen. With little scrolling and no additional effort, information has been classified by blocks in order to make the reading pattern more comfortable. The dark mode enhances visual ergonomics by reducing eye strain, facilitating screens to adjust according to current light conditions.

Process
Research
The user Persona was created according to the information found and the needs of the project.

Prototyping
Low-fi prototypes allowed to design a solution focusing on usability.

Prototype Testing
With the low-fi prototype, a user test was carried out detecting pain points when interacting with the UI. Some elements, in addition to not being functional, confused the user as they thought they were clickable. The menu for managing patients is displayed on a button at the end of each line, but these options should be visible. The patient form presented an uncomfortable distribution, since the information required was extensive and the reading order in 2 columns implied filling the entire left column, scrolling down, and when finished scrolling all up it required going up to start filling a new column.

Hi-Fi Prototype
The final design system was created according to the main contrast ratio to be compliant with accessibility standards.
